Proper Diet and Physical Activity

Proper nutrition is increasingly a requirement, it is now clear to everyone that eating right can prevent cardiovascular disease, diabetes and food etc.

It is the responsibility of the nutritionist determine the energy needs of an individual and, on the basis of a whole series of factors, set a correct diet, taking account of any diseases or disorders (diabetes, hypertriglyceridemia, hypercholesterolemia, indigestion, bloating, etc) and of the person as a whole.

The diet is not an imposition, or worse a punishment, but a whole range of claims on "what" and "how" to eat, how to combine foods, so as to achieve the result that we prefix, without major sacrifices, why this is possible.

The nutritionist must provide a proper nutritional education. Sometimes you just need a few tips to rebalance a problematic food situation.

One piece of advice I would give is to always rely on a specialist when it was decided to undertake a diet and avoid all these "miraculous" how dangerous diets that sprout like mushrooms on several magazines and almost never have scientific basis. You have to be wary of promises of weight losses, why you should lose weight gradually, losing fat mass and lean mass, not only losing weight little by little you can leave behind the pounds and regain a sense of well-being.

An indispensable ally in the fight against overweight physical activity, a healthy movement allows us to reach the goal faster.
