18 Foods You Don't Need To Buy Organic

Organic food can be more expensive than normal eating, so this list of foods in this article will be much easier on the Pocket.

The more you will be safe in the knowledge that eating these foods not to damage your health.

The food list below contains the least amount of pesticide residues than other healthy foods.

The lower the level of pesticide residues means less the amount of harmful chemicals that enter your body.

These foods are not damaged by toxins so won't have lost much of their nutritional goodness during the growth phase.

Probably the number 1 reason why most people don't eat organic is the price.

Go 100% organic is impossible, so making smart choices like eating from the list below should help to maintain good health.

Earlier I said that if you know the source and know that the production of food is clean, then you don't have to eat organically. This applies to all foods, as long as the trusted source you will be fine.

So here we go with the list:

Onions -there's too much threat from pests for onions that means that farmers can get away with not using many pesticides on onions. Onions are actually naturally resistant to pests. Just make sure the onions that you have damage and store in a cool place or in the refrigerator.

Avocado -due to the thick, resilient skin of the avocado that is difficult for pesticides to break through. Look for ones that are not too mature and are nice and firm.

Sweet corn -buy fresh, delicious sweet corn from a local source if possible and you will be hard to beat, in late summer season, so, unfortunately, we only lost them.

Pineapple -due to the tough protective skin of pineapple fruit is protected. Be careful though with the smell. Is sweeter smell the most mature and has begun to ferment.

Grapefruit -once the thick skin comes to the rescue with this food to help keep out pesticides.


Mango -this is another fruit that is heavily protected from pesticides from it skin to think. The best ones to buy will be colored and have a fruity smell rich. If the mango is too soft which is likely to be rotten inside, and then you try to get a pretty hard.

Asparagus -not too many bugs or parasites go after the asparagus crop less spraying is necessary.

Peas -according to a survey by the environmental working group are less likely to have pesticide residues. These are delicious if you grow them in your garden or can get them fresh from a local farmer.

Broccoli -you don't have to worry about eating non-organic broccoli, broccoli crops face not too many parasites which means that threats must not be sprayed so much pesticides. Watch out for deep green broccoli stalks with fermi. Always wash 2-3 times before you eat and keep refrigerated.

Tomatoes -Tomatoes were on the list of foods that you need to eat organic but if you are growing your own or buy fresh tomatoes in season you should be OK. Firm and shiny tomatoes from the garden are a great, tasty addition to many meals. If the mishaped don't worry, I just see more natural.

Sweet potato -sweet potatoes are a superfood, they're full of so much goodness. You don't have to worry about pesticide residues on your sweet potatoes so you are free to enjoy!

Mushrooms -there are lots of benefits from eating mushrooms and you don't want to miss out on them. You can get away with buying non organic mushrooms from the supermarket, if you want to go one better though try to cultivate them or collect them yourself from a fresh farmers market.
