Why? Well first of all foods that are loaded with fiber are generally low in calories, which means that you'll consume fewer calories, which means that you lose fat. Foods such as vegetables, legumes and whole grains are loaded with fiber and generally low in calories per serving.

Some fruit is also rich in fiber. In fact, a medium size Apple has about 4-5 grams of fiber. Have two of those a day, which is almost half of your daily fibre target right there.
