4 Reasons Why You Should Take Your Lunch Break at Work

Too many of us have become almost martyrs for business reasons, and often boast of skip lunch because we barely have time to do it. In a recent national poll rated the Juice Bar, Smoothie King, 58% of Americans admitted that they could easily skip lunch if too busy. Lack of time and demanding lifestyle, on-the-go are often cited as reasons for skipping lunch.

In the case of workers, there also seems to be pressure to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Yes there is always an opportunity when a missed lunch is inevitable, but this should not be the norm. It is as if these days taking full time regular lunch breaks became poor work ethic. When did this happen?

Most people skip lunch or because they feel they don't have enough time for it or are on a diet and started on a weight loss plan. But the results of skipping lunch in general are often harmful.
