Grilling is one of the greatest joys of summer.
At the same time the grilling meats are its risks. Here, as with the grill to make nutritious, tasty food with minimal risks to health.

In defense of the grill
It is a universal truth: Cook the taste of the food is good.
No matter what you put there, etc. The smell and tastes incredible.
Burger? Steak? Fish and seafood? Tofu? Vegetables? Lettuce?
Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes and, surprisingly,-Grill makes it even better salad tastes. (Try some grilled radicchio).
But the grill not only eat tasty. There are also some legitimate health benefits.
For example need not so much oil for grilling (as opposed, for example, sauté in a skillet). And fat dripping out during cooking.
(This is not to say that dietary fat is bad. In fact, the balance between dietary fat is important for health. It's just that excess fat — as well as excess carbohydrates or proteins-is to be a little careful).

The company of family and friends, nature, simple, minimal means that cleaning-all these advantages, less into the temptation of a restaurant or call some take-away.
