The first principle of the healthy life

The water must be present to a large extent in our diet, which must include at least70% of water-rich foods like fresh fruits and vegetables and their juices.

Many experts recommend drinking from 8 to 12 glasses of water per day to "wash the organism". It is idiotic because much of the water we drink is not pure but contains other substances such as chlorine, sodium, minerals and other ingredients that are not always useful to the body. Whatever kind of water you drink you can't wash the organism flooding. The amount of water you drink should be determined by your thirst.

Rather than continue to ingest non-pure water, should help the body to clean themselves ingesting foods that are naturally rich in water and are three: fruits, vegetables, and sprouts.

The diet should help the body continuously with the purification process.



What percentage of your diet consists of water-rich foods? If you were to make a list of all the things I've eaten this week what would be the percentage of water? Of 70%?I doubt it.. Of 50%? Of 25%?

When I put this question to relatives and friends in general I find it does not ingest more than 15-20% of water-rich foods that are already of the best values of population averages ranging around 15%.
