In Anglo-Saxon culture soy noodles are called "noodle", a word that is not unique but it is used both to define the noodles to rice.
But before talking about the nutritional values of noodles and its calories we try to learn more about this food. Especially prevalent in Thai and Japanese cuisine, it is decidedly less in Chinese ones where you prefer rice noodles. Although it is quite easy to confuse them, noodles and rice noodles are very different from each other.
But about their nutritional value often one wonders if the noodles are a food high protein concentration.
It is true that soy is a legume from consisting of protein and if they were simply made with soy flour would have them too but instead, being made with soy, starch or selecting the rich part of soybean carbohydrates, eliminating the most rich in protein and fat are nutritional level quite comparable to the dough.
As regards the amount of servings it must be said that being thin, soy noodles absorb considerable quantities of water during cooking, whereby, once prepared, become significantly large. Each serving, if you are prepared with vegetables, can vary from 50 to 80 grams per person.
