The shopping list

We have spoken more than once to a "diet" (put in quotation marks because it does not involve sacrifices) which serves to stimulate the metabolism and we've already started to see some dietary recipes and daily diets to help and facilitate the speed of metabolism.

Below is the list of all products that are incorporated into the metabolic diet and allowing you to follow it for about 15 days.



Here we go with the shopping list:
  • Apple Cider vinegar
  • Garlic
  • Bulghar (crushed wheat)
  • Dried chestnuts
  • Chickpeas
  • Cottage cheese, quark or other soft cheese magro
  • Couscous
  • Nuts for vegetable stock
  • Spices (cumin, thyme, Basil)
  • Natural vanilla essence
  • Extract of vegetable broth
  • Yeast extract low in salt
  • Baked beans ready
  • Red beans
  • Wholewheat flour
  • Oatmeal
  • Dried fruits: apricots, dates, grapes
  • Wheat germ powder
  • Infusions or herbal teas
  • Skim milk
  • Lentils
  • Mayonnaise
  • Ancardi almonds, coconut
  • Honey
  • Plenty of fresh fruit, especially bananas
  • A lot of fresh vegetables
  • Sugar-free muesli
  • Olive oil cold pressed
  • Prepared for vegetable stock
  • Brown rice
  • Seeds or clover sprouts
  • Soya sauce
  • Spaghetti or wholewheat pasta
  • Barley coffee substitute
  • Tofu
  • Very low fat plain yogurt
The products are all readily available in health food stores or from good greengrocers.
